We have a recently renovated cider bar: Sagardotegi, which offers a menu based on local cuisine and drinks. From this area of the hotel you can admire the facilities of the old mill, still in operation.
We also have a tavern and terrace where you can enjoy a wide range of possibilities such as rations, menu or burgers among which is our Burger Queen.
Schedule
The cider bar opens from Thursday to Sunday offering a delicious menu made with fresh local products.
What to taste?
Tortilla, chistorra, cod tacos with green pepper, beef steak, Arbizu DO Idiazabal cheese, quince and nuts. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
